What is this?
Our usual SIG meeting at the SSWR Conference was canceled this year due to COVID. So, we are having our first virtual meeting. On the agenda: networking, report on the 2022 Community & Neighborhood cluster presentations and posters, planning for the 2023 conference,
Journal of Community Practice
update, and more!
We are opening this meeting up to anyone interested in community and neighborhood research – you do not need to be a SSWR member. Come and recruit a colleague or two. Encourage your doctoral students. Share this announcement! We want to continue our growth as a research area in SSWR. All community and neighborhood scholars are welcome.
Please direct any questions, comments, ideas to the co-chairs: Mary Ohmer (
mlo51@pitt.edu
) or Cheryl Hyde (
